Affordable hearing aid that seems to be working well for the price. Stays in the air pretty good and pretty comfortable. My husband definitely can hear a lot better with these

They work when they stay in
Got these for my mom. They work very well. Problem is they fall out of her ears. Is there any other inserts that will help them stay in?

Poor experience
Received as a Xmas present, one of two worked but not for long. Sound quality is nothing more than a low grade amplifier. To return them for warranty cost $35 which is about half of what they cost.
