I'm no DIY expert, but these made installing a wooden mantle beam simple. Neat, instructions and measurement clear & the beam sits flush against the wall, seems pretty sturdy.Would reccomend

No instructions with them. Both the wall and the shelf your fixing must have the holes in identical locations and you must drill them straight horizontal. I used 5 for my heavy okk beam on fireplace. Delighted with them.

Followed the instruction on the website video and despite the plugs fitting well I couldn’t screw any of the brackets in more than an inch before the wallplugs started spinning.A lot of additional work and cost to buy decent quality wallplugs for a job that should have been straightforward.

These are a must for fireplace mantels, only downside was very poor wall plugs, i couldn’t get the screw into them without the plug spinning. Tried to doctor them for at least 20minutes, kept trying but still no luck. Ended up swapping them for others i had, which worked a treat. Other than that i would recommend them. The screw comes in two pieces, with the joint piece slightly ‘off centre’ which gives flexibility when tightening them into the wall if the wall was drilled slightly out. Good bit of engineering

I'm only a harmless DIYer and felt a certain amount of trepidation regarding this project (short, solid hardwood bathroom shelves). Fixing these was straightforward with a bit a logic applied. Spirit level and straight drilling a must. Excellent quality!

They where used to hold a floating shelf over a radiator

Really easy to use - just what I was looking for to mount my mantle piece

Didn't despatch the fixings until the due date. Had to wait a further week to arrive. The screw section isn't centralised in the part that fits in the floating shelf (see photo). In short, quality not great and arrives late. Won't use again.
