Assembly instructions are horrible
I love this unit now that it’s assembled, but getting to that point took 3 times as long as it should have because of bad instructions and having to compensate for the holes not lining up correctly.

Very aesthetically pleasing, but the pre-build is not good
Once we got this thing put together it was solid and it looks great in our entryway (hence why stars are still being given). But several of the pieces have pre-drilled holes that do NOT line up with their counterparts. Luckily my husband and I are both pretty handy so we were able to drill some new holes ourselves where needed so I’m not worried about the thing just falling to pieces. I like the piece but I’d say definitely only buy it if you’re willing and able to fix the pre-build errors yourself because you will likely have to.

Good quality
Just what I needed, pretty easy installation one you don’t mix up the screws and read the directions well, the only problem I had was aligning the shelves to screw holes for it to be straight. Good quality in all.

Huge!
This unit takes about 90 minutes to assemble. Not too hard but definitely need to be in the area you plan to place it. It is very large, roomy and holds a lot of everything! My daughter placed hers in the foyer by the front door and it’s perfect!

Now I’m stuck
Product seems great but got it half built and realized they sent the wrong part and we are missing a part. Manufacturer says they can’t send the part AND they can’t replace the item for me. So I now have to tear it apart, find packaging, since we already threw out the box, and ship it back for a refund. Ridiculous. What a hassle!

Great Rack
The coat and shoe rack is very pretty and big. I am able to fit a good amount of shoes, coats and other items. The wood and iron is sturdy and easy to assemble.

Impossible
I’m pretty experienced with furniture and couldn’t assemble it at ALL, disappointing because it looked nice.
