This has caused me a few headaches since getting but I cannot be sure it is 100% the systems fault. The instructions are just translated so make very little sense. Luckily you can get by on common sense. If you are unsure of how to install it please post a question and I will answer.It is quite fiddly especially if the inks are not in the right order (which mine weren't). I have had some ink spillages mainly inside the printer but I think I have got to the end of all my problems and I am happy with it. It is a lot more cost effective but a lot more work/effort.For some reason my Cyan stopped printing completely but I feel this was more my fault as I had the printer set up in a conservatory which I think it got overheated and possibly dried out a bit. It is back to normal now.I would probably give it a 3.5/5 but obviously we cant give half marks so it was only fair to boost it to a 4/5.EDITED 19/09/2014 - This product has caused me way too much hassle and stress. It was tricky to set up but easy enough with a bit of common sense but the thing just leaked everywhere on multiple occasions. This was made worse by the fact that the cyan never worked and the black was temperamental. I would not recommend, instead visit inkexpress.com as they have refillable cartridges which can be supplied empty or with ink refills and they work a treat.

Had a few problems installing the system and contacted seller as I thought there was an issue with the product. Seller responded very quickly with a helpful video installation guide that solved my issue. Could not recommend them enough!These systems will print just as well as "official" ink cartridges but without paying through the nose for them. Can't believe its taken me so long to install one but I can now print away with no issues and without having to worry about how much its costing!

I really do not have a clue yet. No problems with the delivery and timing and it looks quite tidy. I need to wait to finish off the current inks to try it out.This concept seems very good and I have seen my friends inks working before I bought this one. There are instructions with it but they are very bad as it comes from China!!! youtube does a very detailed "how to install them" and it seems quite easy. You must have the ink trays at the left side for removal and as far as it can go before you take the old inks out and put the new ones in and tape the length of feed cable down (supplied) and either cut a u hole in the side or put small heightners to stop the lid closing on the feed cable.

This is the second of it's kind i've bought. The first produced thousands of printed pages and many pictures before it was worn down, but in the end this is a lot cheaper than using regular cartridges. Installation is slightly tricky (seeing an instruction video on youtube was helpfull, and btw be carefull whith the flexible "ink pipes"), but once installed it works very well.

Not sure if it was just mine but after setting up my printer stop working due to ink overload. I follow everything for set up , but after the first couple of prints the pages were cover in ink and also the inside of the printer. So in the long run just keep using unbranded ink and avoid this costly mistake

Initially I was a bit wary on buying a CISS as I heard quite a number of disasters from my friends (many of them quite messy).This was not the case with this product. It took me less than 5 minutes to install and it worked perfectly first time around.Wouldn't hesitate recommending this product.I have now been using this product for over a month and it hasn't missed a beat. Having deliberated for some time, I purchased a CISS system for my Epson Printer. The instructions were a little difficult to understand however having found and watched a tutorial on Youtube everything became a lot clearer and it was installed in about 10 minutes.I had a few teething problems such as the chip coming away from the cartridge, a replacement was immediately sent without any question.When the new one arrived the black was printing instead of the blue and the blue in place of the back. This was quickly remedied with full instructions on how to change the cartridges around.I have been using it now for the last 2 weeks to print inserts for magnets, keyrings, mousemats etc without any other hiccups.You need to use quite a bit of force to insert the cartridge and had to get my husband to do this.Customer Support is excellent and I would definitely buy from this seller again

ive had one of these before and there great unfortunately this one leaked black inkbut no problem the seller gave me a choice of a refund or a new system I took the refund which was issued straight awayoverall a good system

Excellent inks still using

Good idea to save money from ink but needs better quality control .My first order lost in the mail,second one came but the magenda cartridge was leaking.Third one is fine .

So over the moon with this works 1000% and the help and support is 100% would recommend to anyone will buy from again knowing u get what you pay for top notch.

This doesn't work in an sx235w, error message after installation, ( picture submitted)They sent me a replacement and that one too didn't work.

no instrutions on how to fit it or wether to leave rubber stops out or in on the ink tanks.it works ok so far
