Evil Hat Productions Fate System Toolkit (Fate Core)

I like this a lot - it does essentially what GURPS does: provides a framework around which you can create games that are set anywhere with any kind of characters. Where GURPS attempts to create a rule for each & every thing, FATE gives you a way to resolve most things with a neat catch-all system so that you're not bound up in tables of figures too much. Most of FATE you can carry easily around in your head once you've read it through a bit, and if you have a decent group who'll do their homework & read the rules that means you get to concentrate on actual role-playing.

If you want to take your Fate core game to the next level by tweaking the heck out of it, here's a few good suggestions.worth every penny in my opinion.
