Using this on my iPhone 14 and it is SOLID! I love the light weight and firm grab. I got my OM5 used so there’s was no magnetic backplate included.Found this and am happy with it. Great product for OEM replacement.

When I got my dji om 4 I decided to mount the magnetic ring on my case because I wanted to be be able to attach my phone to metal surfaces and I liked the kickstand feature. It works great like this, but when I use it in the case with the gimbal it works ok unless I move quickly then it starts shaking and tells me I shouldn’t have put it on the case. So I was taking it out of the case using the other adapter and calibrating it each time. This got old fast and I stopped using it. Once I saw this adapter I got very excited and tried it out. It’s really nice and works very well I was able to calibrate it no problem and it provides a very strong connection to my phone using the MagSafe magnets on the back. The rings that come with it will probably be useful for phones that don’t support MagSafe connections, but you would have to center it perfectly on the phone. I’m probably going to use them on other things I’d like to connect to my phone with MagSafe so that’s a bonus for me! I’d recommend this to anyone who has a phone with MagSafe, it’s just so much easier than trying to line the other adapters correctly up and calibrate.

Such a cheap yet essential upgrade that means you hold the phone balanced every time. The basic clamp is fine but this make attachment a breeze
