SPARES2GO 22mm Motorised 3 Port Mid Position 5 Wire Valve for Central Heating Boiler Systems

Very good for the money - basically the same as a Honeywell valve but cheaper. The actuator is a little rubber ball inside and I prefer this to the type which uses a rubber flap because I think it' makes a better seal and is more reliable. My only slight disappointment is because there seems to be a tiny bit of leakage through the seal but probably this is nothing to worry about. This causes the pipe near the valve to get warm even though the heating is supposed to be off.

I'm not plumbing professional. Been advised to replace the valve and it works fine :)
