I purchased this for my daughter for her cycle so we wouldn't have to keep getting the disposable heating pads. The heat settings are very comfortable and it does relieve the pain. It has a long battery life lasting a few days. It is a bigger than what she's used to but it does help her. Its her favorite color and it works well.

I've been having back pain and shoulder pain lately and although this says for painful menses, I decided to give it a try for other ailments. The traditional hot water bottle was just not doing it and it's awkward and hard to use and hard to take with you for travel. I love the convenience of this due to its portability. I can see using this during my travels, because it's easy to pack and easy to use. You can use it under your jacket and no one will know you are having heat treatment. Bonus that it also massages. You can use it with heat or by itself. The #1 setting for heat is warm enough for me to loosen the tight muscle on my shoulder. I've tried it with the massage setting as well which helps with the tightness of the muscle. It is hard to massage your own back. I have to frequently go to get massages which rack up bill. This device is what I was looking for and it works for the issue I need. The felt is soft and the actual device is not heavy nor bulky and the belt is quite adjustable.

It gets hot (not warm) but not too hot to where its unbearable. I wish there was an option for different levels of heat, though. That's why I gave it a four. However, I understand that for the reasonable price, there's only so much you can ask for in this product. One of the biggest things I like about this item is that it is not big and bulky. At the time I purchased the item I was a size 16 and it fit fine (I am a 12/14 now and it still fits fine). I purchased this as a gift for someone who is a much smaller frame than I and it fit her just fine as well. The battery life is just ok. I wish it could be longer, however, it still lasted a period good amount of time.

This thing is super tiny let me just say that first ... It work great but it isn't what I expected lol. Looks like a eye mask you sleep in ... However the heat setting definitely get hot to extremely hot no question about it... I love the vibration settings as well the quality of the device and the band is great. Very durable. Great value Much more that the price I paid unless you talking the fact of how small it is. To clean it I would handwash with a damp cloth do not soak item. It really help me with my cramps, I used it soon as I got it. Battery is average. Needs to be charged same as a phone.

This is the thing you didn’t know you needed. On my first & second day I be cramping like crazy & this definitely helps me make it through my work day. The vibration and heat settings are perfection. I use mine for a good two hours before needing to charge it again. Go get yall one issa chicken Salad.

I bought this for my back pain, knowing well it is for menstrual cramps. It works well, i have not used that much, my biggest issue with it is that if I have it in my bag it can turn on easily just by bumping into things within my bag. I feel is should have a switch to turn on and not a button that is easily pressed. I find it small but that is on me for buying it for my back knowing well it is meant for menstrual cramps.
