I'm very unhappy with this company's product. I don't like that the hair is so thin. I used all three packs of hair and still did not achieve the fullness that I would like. Also the lace front is way too big, My hairdresser had to trim so much of it, and because the hair is so thin you can still see a little bit of the lace in the front. She went back and filled in the front as much as possible, but the hair is just not of very good quality. Another thing that I did not like is that my hair turned my white vest a light black/brown color because my hair was wet and the color bled. The last thing that is upsetting is that it sheds a lot. I am continuously sweeping up hair off my floors. Buy at your own discretion.

EDIT: they were eager to fix the issue and offered to send a replacement. New bundles look good, are thick, and soft. Im satisfied with their customer serviceI ordered 4/30. When it first arrived the seemed soft, full, and a nice color. Once i washed the hair with color safe shampoo it was clear they were sprayed to be the right color and were actually more like a 27. Had to wear anyways because i had an event to go to. Disappointing

This hair is very soft. No shedding and no smell. I still washed it after I got it. This is a 12 inch closure which you can see is a little short but bundles were 14,16,18. More than enough hair to be cute and realistic. The color mix is perfect. It’s not just dark at the roots but blended all the way through, which I like better! I only used the 18 weft and half the 16 plus the closure. Feels very much like I have my own hair relaxed instead of a thick wig on my head or heavy bundles pulling on my hair.

Not what I expected. Curls didn't take, best if use flexie rods. Hair started to tangle after two weeks.
