We love these flippers! I bought them for my 5 year old son. They fit him perfectly, but my 8 year old can use them too because they have some stretch to them. We love them because he is just getting the hang of swimming and these help him with swimming.

I wanted fitted fins and these work well. Just a smidge tight for my size 8 womens foot. Normal quality

These fins don’t really provide extra power for your kicking, they’re primarily a flotation for your feet as you swim. I was under the impression they provide a little extra boost in your kick. I’m not sure I really like them for swimming laps, as I don’t need them for flotation. Not sure what benefit they are to me as an experienced swimmer but I’ll keep trying them out a few more times. I tested them for flip turns, it just adds a slight awkwardness that I guess I could get used to. I gave 4 stars because they are technically called ‘swim training fins’ and I can see how they would helped a novice swimmer. However, good swimming is best learned without support for flotation. I wear size 8.5 women’s and these fins in large fit me fine.

I purchased these training fins to build the muscles in my legs. I was completely out of shape due to back pain. After surgery I began walking in water to build my strength and stamina. After several weeks, I put 5 lb. weights on each ankle to challenge myself while walking in chest-deep water. Then I added paddles in my hands to challenge myself even more. After 4 weeks, I started adding swimming while wearing my new fins and using a kick board. I did his for a month, then just started to only swim while wearing my fins. I worked up to swimming a mile, then worked on skimming the time down to swimming one mile in 50 minutes. I am 71-years-old, and am very happy with my new and improved looking body!

I used to borrow the swim fins at the public pool. They were heavy, stiff, and caused me to develop blisters. I am very happy with this purchase. I purchased these swim fins to refine my kicking when doing laps at the pool. I like that it’s flexible silicone. They are easy to put on and fit well. I don’t need to wear swim socks because it does not chaff or cause blisters. I love this beautiful shade of bright blue! I am also pleased with the great price!
