These are large. They are just small enough to be put in a regular size coffee mug. They fit marshmallows, Cocoa powder, etc.

Q: Can you bake a cake in this?

I don't know but I personally wouldn't risk it. It's good quality for candy making and handles the heat from melted chocolate, etc. but the oven is a different story. Just my opinion.

Q: Is there directions on how to use this?

It’s been awhile since I order these, but I don’t remember any directions. I just went on youtube to find videos. I hope this helps.
