Envío 5 ⭐️ en tiempo y forma, buena comunicación con el vendedor y el repartidor de Amazon.Empaque 3 ⭐️ colocaron la caja de la laptop en una caja al doble del tamaño necesario sin usar material para evitar que la caja de la laptop deslizará dentro de la otra. En la descripción del producto menciona una tarjeta USB de 128 GB que no apareció en ningún lado, la busqué en la caja del envío y dentro de la caja de la laptop y no está, le pongo 3 estrellas al empaque por la diferencia en el tamaño de las dos cajas y porque al no estar sellada correctamente y por completo la caja grande, el USB de regalo pudo haberse salido y por ende no llegó.Producto 5 ⭐️ es justo lo que estaba buscando, me atrada desde el tamaño hasta la funcionalidad, velocidad y rapidez en carga. Fácil de programar y ajustar para que funcione de acuerdo a como lo requiero. Buen color, ligera, compacta, delgada - comparada con generaciones anteriores - , compatible con los programas usados más comúnmente, ampliando las funciones del teclado se suple la falta de la tecla Ñ ya que el teclado viene en qwerty para inglés solamente.

Great for the price.
Bought this mainly cause of the price point and the loaner laptop I got from school malfunctioned on me. I mainly use it for school work mainly online classes and occasionally streaming. I keep it light since it just my school laptop but for basic needs it’s fine. No need in spending all that extra money on a laptop that’s just going to be out of date or slow down within the next couple of years.

Súper buen precio ! Había estado buscando esta computadora en otras tiendas departamentales y la realidad que los precios estaban por los cielos ! Esta increíble que aquí tengan precios más justos , la computadora es muy buena , yo la utilizo con programas de diseño arquitectónico y es bastante buena , no se siente frágil por lo que aguanta bastante.

Este equipo lo he comprado por mi suegra y ella le ha encantado! Hace tareas sencillas, y no ha tenido problema alguno. En cuanto al peso, es liviano lo que permite que mi suegra no tenga problema en levantarla

Basic and affordable
Got for my daughter home schooling. It works well for all she needs definitely not built for gaming. the only thing that could be better is the sound quality.even turned all the way up you can barely hear it
