Sinupret® is an excellent sinus remedy, with no side effects. While standard decongestant products seem to clear nasal passages pretty well, they don't do much for clearing the sinuses - and they can keep you awake or give you the jitters. But if you take Sinupret®, your nasal passages clear, and gradually, the accumulated mucus in the sinuses goes away. Sinupret® seems to operate like a nutrient rather than a medicine, in that the best effects develop over day or two, rather than a quick yanking down of a specific symptom followed by a rebound, as in other OTC products or even prescription drugs. That means that some sort of healing process is taking place, rather than just a palliation of symptoms. Amount Per Serving: Sorrel (aerial) (Rumex acetosa) - 18 mg European Elder (flower) (Sambucus nigra) - 18 mg Cowslip (flower with calyx) (Primula veris) - 18 mg European Vervain (aerial) (Verbena officinalis) - 18 mg Gentian (root) (Gentiana lutea) - 6 mg Other ingredients: microcrystalline, cellulose, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, potato starch, magnesium stearate (vegetable grade), titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, carnauba wax. Directions: Adults 1-2 tablet three times daily. Not to be taken by children under the age of twelve. Recommended for use up to 14 days or as directed by your health care practitioner.

Works for me
In recent years after a cold I would invariably suffer with sinusitis which would take a gp visit, antibiotics and months of Steroid nasal spray to clear. Timely use of Sinupret helps me avoid this and means that the problem lasts only a week or two instead of months. It may not work for everyone but it does for me and I am very glad to have discovered it.

I'm so glad I found these!
I bought these in sheer desperation. I've suffered sinus problems for over 10 years, and have a few sprays from the doctors which didn't help.The instructions say to take 1-2, 3 times a day, but I take 2 a day. That's it. I didn't take them yesterday and woke up unable to breathe properly. I've only been taking them for about a week and have noticed a huge difference.I whole heartedly recommend them.The only down side is they took nearly a month to arrive (over the Christmas period, so could be quicker.) I will be ordering more of these.Please don't let the price put you off, I paid about £22 for them including delivery and will continue to do so.Also, I'm not sure if it's just me or the way the tablets work, but I've noticed after taking them, my sinuses seem to empty themselves, so have a tissue ready, or a few! Sounds gross but definitely worth the pain going!

Stay well away
Dont believe the hype. Dont know where these great reviews came from but id imagine alot of fake ones as i bought these and they didnt help at all. Ive been under medication for persistent sinusitus for many years and thought id givbe these a go..I found them no help at all and a complete waste of money..Theres a reason your proffessional health care advisor isnt handing these out, because they dont work..Just a placebo imo. The other very worrying thing is the seller doesnt give out English instructions in the packet and no warning of side effects or anything. These shouldnt be sold at all imo. Be very wary folks
