Cat Water Fountain Stainless Steel, 3.4L/115oz Pet Water Fountain with Buoy, Auto-Off Smart Pump and 3 Filters for Cats and Small Dogs, Easy to Monitor Water Level

We purchased a couple of these Ormalla Cat Water Fountain units prior to a planned 2 week vacation a year ago.They work great and the cats were happy to have their own personal water fountains. I like the water level indicator float and the integral auto-shut off for the pump motor so it doesn't run dry if the water level gets too low.I learned that there are a couple of things to watch for that will affect the water flow which is usually great. The only time it actually makes any noise is if one lets the water level get low and it starts to cycle off / on.When cleaning unit ALWAYS check and clean or replace the foam filter that is inside the end of the little pump. If one doesn't do so it can accumulate some slime buildup that will restrict the water flow. It easily rinses clean but is just as easy to replace.Also make sure that the durable braided cord is routed correctly inside the bowl so that it doesn't obstruct the free movement of the water level float. Float binding can falsely indicate a good water level when it is actually very low.My only real complaint is that the replacement filter sets are relatively hard to find on Amazon. I'm not sure why but most of the filter sets that show up even when searching for them for the Ormalla cat water fountain are incompatible. The correct sets are there but they take a little extra effort to find.Operationally the fountain is great.

I love the large bowl.The filters are easy to put in.The biggest flaw of this fountain is the cord. It is a standard USB cable. But... It is fabric coated. I didnt think much of it until this weeks water change. When I noticed the cord was wet to about 9 inches from the plug and covered in the black, green & brown stains on the cord (it is mold!) that you see in my picrure. I've had this fountain since February. I really love it.Just not in love with the cord.

We bought a 3.4L cat water fountain from Ormalla in Oct 2023, in March 2024 the motor quit producing a stream. We thought buying a replacement motor would help but even after plugging it all in, the water wouldn't shoot out like it did when we first bought it. Unacceptable. How does it 1 motor fail after 5 months and a "brand new" one doesn't even work.

Nice large size water fountain. Right out of the box it included the power cable and filter. It was really straightforward to setup. I like how the bowl is stainless steel. It feels sturdier than the plastic water fountain. There is a little bobble thing to show the water level since the fountain is not see through. The fountain is quite. Hopefully it stays that way. I have a plastic fountain and the pump sounds like it's on its last leg. Overall, I like this bowl. Nothing to complain about. Great value!

I was excited to get a drinking fountain for my little guy after a health scare and realizing he was very dehydrated. This one in particular worked really well for a few months. It is very quiet, the plastic level shows when the water needs to be replaced.. it was great. However, the water level randomly slowed way down and I am struggling to figure out why. I have no way to contact anybody for help with it either. I Regularly change the filters and keep the water level high. For $45 I would invest in a different fountain. Based off the reviews several others also struggled with this. Steer clear folks.

Just yesterday, the pump started making a loud rattling noise (see the attached video), which deters my cat from using it. There are brief moments where it stops the noise, but most of the time, that's what I hear. Very disappointing...

Great idea, but filter needs to be changed daily if you fill water more than a couple times a day. If not it's totally Disgusting after 2 days.
