I like the lamp - when it works - but am VERY disappointed both with the service I have received from Amazon (who fulfilled the order) concerning my Bestland Foldable LED Nightlight Book. I purchased the lamp on 11 May 2018, it arrived on 12 May and I charged it for the first time on 13 May. I was delighted when the lamp worked well, both when connected to a socket and independently, until I departed on holiday on 14 June 2018 (31 days after purchase). I did not take the lamp with me. Since I returned from holiday, on 25 June 2018, the lamp will not charge properly, with the charging light light remaining red at all times. If I unplug the lamp from the electricity source, it goes out. In accordance with guidance provided in the The Customer Rights Act of 2015, and advice offered in the customer manual, I submitted a request for a refund or replacement to Amazon Returns approximately 10 days ago. Today, when I went online to check progress, I discovered that the text of my request for assistance now had black lines crossing it out. This is not what I expect from Amazon to whom I have been a loyal customer for more years than I can remember. Can someone explain what has happened please? Please resolve this matter to my satisfaction without any further delay.

These are excellent, what a great idea, always struggle to buy bedside lamps because of power supply etc.Sorted now, the look good too.Would be great for kiddies rooms.Very happy.

I bought this for my older sister as she's a Harry Potter fiend and I thought it looked quite magical, I was not disappointed. It's simply beautiful, fits on a shelf nicely taking up hardly any space but then opens up beautifully - it's a real conversation piece.The light quality is warm but brighter than you'd think expect and my three year old loved it too proving it's pretty durable! :)

Bought this for the missus and she was super impressed with it, as am I, the build quality is top notch and I haven't had to charge it yet!! Looks amazing at night on the bookshelf. Will be buying more. It was delivered much faster than was originally stated to so a nice bonus.

I bought this as an anniversary novelty gift for my husband. He loves it as it was a total surprise when he opened it believing it was a book. We have it in our lounge as it has a lovely soft light.
