No instructions
I need help! I have never used a tufting gun before and the instructions are very vague with spelling errors and 2 of the photos arent even of the model I purchased. I am trying to set my needle and top cloth but I have no clue which screws to loosen or how to move them or even what to move.Please is you have any instructional videos or even a more detailed/accurate manual I would appreciate it. I've looked everywhere and cant find anything for this exact gun.

Not working properly
The media could not be loaded. This is my second rug and it started making noises the scissors comes out on its own and my finger is not on the trigger so it’s taken me some time to finish
