Q: Noise cancelling is listed as a feature. How effective is it?

I mean its literally a piece of cloth that is a head band with some headphones in it. I have to use earplugs and then put this eye mask over it, but when I do that then it's completely noise canceling :) But no, it doesn't cancel out my boyfriend snoring, if that's what you're asking, haha
