This is a lovely looking cat house but after putting it together we decided it jusy isn't robust or weather proof enough to go outside. We bought it for the feral cats that frequent our garden but with its floor panels and back door being gappy it just didn't seem as if it would keep out all weathers. But that said, we have two indoor cats who we hope will start to use it. Right now one of them prefers a box! Isn't that always the case? As an indoor cat house it will be great, I just don't recommend it for outdoors unless you live in a warm, dry climate.

The cats all love it so that's the main thing, but I have to say I'm a bit disappointed with the construction. The roof parts are solid enough and look well, but the front and back are thin and don't fit well together - there are two parts to both the front and back that just sit on top of each other not attached or fitted together in any way, the roofing panels hold it all together. On ours the back pieces were cut in different places which made fixing the door difficult, also it arrived with the lock ripped off and screws missing which meant we had to replace them and fix them in a different place because the wood was damaged. The other thing I would recommend is painting/treating it before putting outside - it has a very thin coat and I an not convinced that it would withstand the weather well.Once together, though, it looks well and serves it purpose. All three of my cats use it which is unheard of for cats! You ALWAYS buy things for them that they sniff once and walk away from! This is it's redeeming feature :-) That, and it's pretty to look at :-)

the house looks great,unfortunately my cat seems to be scared to go inside, usually he is very nosy and explores everything but wont go in this cat house which made it a waste of money.

Arrived in double quick time and house was exactly as expected. Should be perfect for a couple of feral kittens that have adopted us. Easy to out together and instructions were very clear.One little niggle in that the door closer latch had been broken off but I suspect that had happened in transit. A couple of longer screws sorted that problem out.Brilliant! Thank you!

Super impressed with my new cat house. Well built in the main and very cute indeed.The only niggle is the 'balcony' is poorly designed and does not fit correctly so won't even take the weight of my kitten. I've had to order some brackets so I can strengthen said balcony..

Bought this for my 2 cats who likes to stay in the garden a lot - they got in it straight away and using it a lot. Also Easy to assemble . Thanks

Fairly solid however the outside shelf broke off.
