This elegant looking Agaro 4-in-1 hair styler which does straightening, curling, crimping and can be used as a brush is a deal snatcher. The keratin infused ceramic coated plate quality is too good. This has 3 temperature settings which makes it very easy to use. Also it's 360° swivel chord makes it even more convenient to use. I love the fact that one product does 4 work, which definitely makes it worth it!!

Very bad packaging. The box was half broken but the product was on well condition from outside but when I plugged it and press the power button it didn't on. I tried to on it repeatedly but it didn't on.

It worked well enough, until it broke down in not even 6 months. But I have to say the customer care and service was very fast and I was given an exchange in less than a week. It works well now. Just a thing I have to mention is the gap between the three parts is a little too big which causes slight inconvenience, which I would recommend to improve. Other than that it does what it says.

The product when arrived was good but it stopped working after a month so I contacted the service department and they listened to my complaint and replacement process was really smooth. The product that I received after replacement was also damaged and now when I want to complaint there's no response from their side. This is really disappointing.

I'm returning the product because it was not working and there was sparking on the display as well.
