I am allergic to whey which is in all dairy products, Have been wanting cottage cheese Bought this product hoping to at last have some cottage cheese I have tried twice have not been able to make it work Don't know if I am doing something wrong, try to follow directions, it has not worked for me If there is any help willing to listen

Can't seem to get this to work in my yogurt maker
It might be the fact that my maker doesn't heat the milk enough or something, but I always seem to end up with milk. I will try again using just a pan to heat up the milk and work with it that way, but that seems to defeat the purpose of having a yogurt maker
