This is the best product in its class. No sound of either the heater or flame. The size the build and no plastic cheap stuff is excellent. The flame is much real and the heating is as fast as 16x20 feet room gets hot in 6-7 mins. Excellent value for money, much better then the BnQ ones or other brands. After looking at many physically we ended up taking risk with online and it pays out. The colour is cream not pure white which is exactly what we needed.

Arrived well packaged and delivered early. Two man/woman job to unpack it, position it and dispose of the packaging, but we got there in the end. Lovely unit, good size, substantial and the stone colour goes well with decor. Flame effect is cheery and the heater is good, not noisy. It just gives you a bit of a mantelpiece without the bulk of a big fireplace. Would recommend.

Lovely Fire. Good so far only had It a couple of days. Service was excellent. Delivery wasn'y expected until between 10th and 17th Feb. Received it on the 3rd Feb. Received a phone call first to arrange delivery date. Delivery men unpacked and placed it where we wanted.

Just what I expected great value for money gives off a lot of heat and looks fab

Very pleased with this fire. It looks good in our lounge. The log effect is great and the heater is quiet.

I am extremely pleased with this fire.It has replaced a wall fire and it is a great improvement. The fire is really lovely

So after a few years of sparse use ( used roughly 20+ times) I would say do not buy. The bit that rotates to mimic flames fell apart after about 5 or 6 times use. The blower is pretty noisy.
