Really nice looking clock

The clock itself is just what I wanted, the size and easy to read dial. However, there is a fault, the big hand is out of sync with the large hand so it cannot be read easily. ie when its 20 to 4 the big hand is squarely in the 5. It's not an option for me to return it, as I live in Gibraltar, and there are no contact seller details.

Very happy with item. Bought it for our school hall so it is large enough to be seen anywhere.Was delivered next day even though it was a 3day delivery notice.

It's a beautiful looking wall clock, it's a shame it doesn't work. The second hand catches the minute hand, which stops the second hand from moving. So at approx 15 minutes past the hour the clock stops. I'm trying different angles from the wall to see if this makes a difference, if not, it'll be returned. Such a shame.EDIT: I didn't want to return the clock as I like the size/style. Discovered that it has screws keeping the clear cover on. Remove the cover, simple enough. Then cut about 3 cms off the end of the second hand. Works perfectly now.

We ordered this clock because we wanted a clearly visible clock for our kitchen wall, with not a great depth to the casing, which could be seen easily from a nearly side on view. The second hand moves very smoothly the figures are bold and we feel it sets off the kitchen with its black casing.
