I didn’t know you could get vegan omega 3s. I’m taking a fistful daily and these seem to work as well as the salmon oil I was taking. Less expensive. A great brand name to rely on for quality.

Mr Dr. Put me on blood pressure and heart pills due to my blood pressure skyrocketed within one month. I took one dose and I was in a fog, dizzy, loopy. I searched for an alternative and gave Bragg brand a try because I trust in their products. The first dose, I felt energetic, I mean I felt really good. I only take one a day even though the directions say twice a day (I am petite). Within one week after tweaking my diet and taking these pills, my blood pressure has dropped significantly! I hope the positive benefits of these algae pills continue.Easy to swallow, no foul taste but I do get occasional nasty burps, no biggie.

I love having a no fish option for my omega 3 supplement! Bragg has a great reputation for clean foods so I trust their quality.

Good option for vegans, but I was surprised that I sometimes I get that fishy (or I should say algae-y) after taste that you get with fish-oil capsules. I usually take it at night so I don't realize.

Vegan Omega 3 supplement, made from where the fish get the Omega 3, from seaweed. Has no fishy taste or odor.

Great stuff

Purchased on sale so value was good. I was intrigued by it being organic since I was looking for a quality vitamin. The pills are huge and you need to take 3 of them for daily dose so wasn’t easy to swallow. Taste was okay. I did notice that worked well though.
