Found out about this book when I started watching escape to the Château. Thrilled I found it

Very very helpfull book, I recommend it for the ideas and practicality.

Great text and well illustrated, written in a very practical fashion. Be aware that it is an England oriented book

Fabulous book with so much information on each page. A great starter for numerous projects ranging from homestead to urban garden appropriate. Friendly style, and a can do attitude that is contagious. Do note this book is written in the UK, and some plant advice is appropriate for that climate (wet almost year round, mild winters). Though there is plenty of information for those from all climates. Highly recommend (it's worth the wait).

Buy this book. Great tips for green living. Good ideas. A simple and entertaining read.

Great book, filled with great tricks. A must buy for our future

Well presented book on sustainability. Plenty of ‘how to’ information and supported with heaps of colour photographs. Most information is generic with occasional reference to Australia. If you are interested in making a difference or just want to be more self sufficient this is a great place to start.

Brilliant to have DIY book, full of ideas that lead to even more ideas. It’s a must have. Good value for money too.
