Enamel Ceramic LED Electric Incense Burner Built-in LED Lights Simulate Flames, Classical, Elegant and High-end Hollow Design

The media could not be loaded. Either the unit I received is broken or it doesn’t work at all. The product description say it will heat up in 15 seconds, but I let it on for over 45 minutes at 280 temp and nothing happened. I unplug and try 2-3 more times, but it doesn’t heating up my powder or tiny/thin agarwood sticks. I contacted the seller to get a replacement to try again. Hopefully I got the bad unit and the next one works. I’ll provide another update later.Update 03/03/23: The seller contacted me and willing to send a replacement. I added another star for their diligent responses. I will wait for the replacement to try it out and will provide another update later.Update 03/07/23: The seller notified that they’ve sent the replacement with tracking info. The 4 days gap from the seller response was due to weekend & time zone difference (China & U.S). I can’t wait to test out the new one, because I really like the design of this incense burner.Updated 03/25/2023: After 2 weeks waited for the replacement (sent by the Seller), I received it today and tested it out. This electric Incense burner worked very well with my agarwood powder and incense sticks. The catch is that I need to warm the unit up first. Turn the unit to max (300) for 5-7 minutes to allow it to heat up, then add the power & lower the temp to 180 for the powder or 220 for my incense stick. At these setting, it slowly cook the incense and release a wonderful agarwood smell/sense. Do not set the unit too high, because it will burn the powder and release bad smell.In additional, the seller also sent the incense stick holder (their new product) as gift for me to try it out. The incense holder was made of ceramic/cement texture with very beautiful multi color flowers. It heavy enough to stay in place and held the incense stick perfectly well. I love this incense holder, because it perfectly matched with the electric burner.Overcall, I am very please with this purchase and appreciate the Seller courteous & helpful responses. They will do everything they could to please you if you happen to experience any issues with their product. Thank you, Eric (Seller).

The burner doesn’t get hot enough to burn the resin incense. I’m returning it.

The order came quickly in good condition. The incense heater is made of ceramic or porcelain material with nice design. The LED light inside the heater is on when the heater is turned on via the inline switch that has timing and temperature control. To me the LED light works more as an “ON” indicator than as a decorative “flame.” This helps remind me to turn off the heater before going to bed. The timer is a good improvement over older electric heaters, as it automatically switches off the heater after the set time (1 to 5 hours in unit increment). There were times in the past that I left my incense heater on overnight, and could easily cause fire hazard.For heating incense, the heater serves my purposes well, since I use it to mainly heat up various forms (powder, chips, and cones made from wood powder) of agarwood, also called aloeswood. It is also good for essential oil, and frankincense resin heating.The seller is quite responsive in answering questions and solving my problem. I carelessly damaged the power cord and contacted the seller to buy one. I could have sent the unit back for a refund, but that is not fair to the seller since it was my fault. Any way, the seller is nice enough to send me a replacement.Note: I don’t think the heater can raise the temperature to 350C, as indicated in the description. However, unless you want to fumigate the room or clothes, you do not need temperature higher than 220C. So, if you need to fumigate, this burner/heater is not for you. The best way to fumigate is to do it with charcoal.

I ordered this heater because it looked really nice. When I received it it was packaged beautifully and the lights have a nice look to them. I especially like the variable timer that can be set and left alone along with the temperature setting. I did extensive testing with different aroma products. I found it suitable for oils and waxes. Solid resins need a higher temperature than this unit can generate.

This is pretty but it doesn’t create an aroma with powder incense! I have not tried oils or wax yet, but if it doesn’t work with powders, I don’t hold too much hope for it working with the oils or wax! I may return it as I am definitely disappointed!Update: Tried Nag Champa fragrance oil. It gave off a slight aroma but the oil did not stay in the little tin pan. It went all under the pan and on the inside of the lid. I checked the listing to see that I had it set on the right temp and I did. I am trying another powder but after 2 hours there is no aroma!

Update 05/01/2023:The seller just sent me a new one which works very well. They also sent incense stick holder as their new product. Overall, great customer care. I had turned the heat to maximum and hoped it would burn incense powder but it did not. No smoke or very light if I tried to look for it. There is absolutely nothing happened if the heater is at 170 or even 200. It works for incense oil but not incense powder or stick/block. The design is good. However I want something works as advertised.
