This is by far the best e-bike. So easy to assemble. The gears shift smoothly. It is very comfortable.

Have absolutely loved my bike. Been riding all summer with my toddler in her seat in the back. My only complaint is that you still have to work to get up really steep hills. I’ve found myself sometime choosing less hilly routes. Not a big deal, but something to consider if you’re going the electric route due to mobility issues.

After few months it has a lot of issues.Very low quality! Issues with the brakes, with the battery (sometimes it doesn’t switch on) and a lot of rust (I have my bike inside a box during the night and it just be wet when I found rain on my way!)Very bad!

I love my new bike. It was easy to assemble, priced well and I like how the pedal assist works and the 3 different levels of pedal assist. It took a couple rides to get fully comfortable, but after that it’s been great cruising around!

I asked my husband for this bike for my 70th birthday. Haven’t been on a bike in years and seeing as we live in hilly North Carolina I knew a regular bike wouldn’t do. I m 5’6” and needed to lower the seat a bit but it s a fun bike to ride. I m still adapting to the speeds but for someone that doesn’t exercise much it’s a great way to get out there. You don’t have to use the PAS except when needed. I did find the front basket a bit distracting and heavy so I removed it and got saddlebags for the back of the bike..It arrived well packed and partially assembled And my husband found it easy to assemble the rest..Heybike’s customer service is great as well.. Quick response and very accommodating..I definitely recommend..

I did so much research, spent a lot of time deciding which bike to buy, putting different bikes into my shopping cart, trying to decide finally either to get a front basket or back basket on the Heybike, the one I decidedto order. I finally hit purchase, I got the Heybike delivered in good time, only to find I ordered the wrong basket after all the switching in my cart. I reached out to Heybike asking if I could swap out the baskets. They were incredibly accommodating. They resolved my issue and in a few days time, I was good to go. The bike rides smoothly, it is easy to go between assist levels and it has made biking fun for me again! Thanks Heybike!!
