GIUSEPPE CAPOTONDI, OPUS ONE
The director earned a nomination for the European Film award in the European Discovery of the Year category. This is quality cinema with a smart screenplay and a solid mise-en-scene. The main actress, Russian Kseniya Rappoport, has, without a doubt, a promising future ahead of her. Recommended.

Double crosses, misdirection, and deception
A well done suspense mystery with a bit of action, more than a bit of romance plus some double crosses, misdirection, and deception. Has a bit of a Hitchcockian flavor to it.

Thriller, sogno, falso amore
Film un po' caotico ove si mescolano realtà e sogno. Gli organizzatori di un furto scoprono il punto debole del guardiano, ed una loro basista lo cuoce a fuoco lento, fino a farlo innamorare di lei (Ksenia Rappoport, decisamente bella, ma monocorde come attrice). Vicissitudini varie, sino a quando questo guardiano scopre tutto, a seguito di un'ingenua osservazione della "tenutaria" dello "speed date" dove guardiano e basista si erano "casualmente" incontrati. Scene oniriche non sempre centrate, ma nel complesso un thriller piacevole.

Mi ha pienamente convinto
Mi è piaciuto, tanto, tantissimo.Una storia d'amore ripetutamente accennata e trattenuta, come l'ora doppia che con regolarità ritorna sul quadrante di un orologio.Bravo Filippo Timi, bravissima Kseniya Rappoport nel difficilissimo ruolo di Sonia. Solitudini, ambiguità, malinconie, dubbi e paure, il tutto ben mescolato in un percorso personale inventato dal regista Capotondi che ho molto apprezzato.

Giallo nel Giallo
Un giallo nel giallo? In realtà un buon thriller, ben diretto e recitato e fotografato in maniera egregia. Avrebbe meritato un maggior riscontro di pubblico, invece, nonostante i premi ricevuti, è passato quasi in sordina. La Rappaport & Timi convincono. La Torino che fa da sfondo agli avvenimenti narrati è criptica e criptata, la meno convenzionale, poco riconoscibile. Buoni i contenuti speciali.
