RELIEVED!! IT WORKS!! After reading all the reviews 60% 1* and 40% mixed reviews I was worried especially as I saw the reviews after I'd hit purchase.I think people are not pressing the button on the USB drive while they pair on the ps4! As it did take me about 5 tries with errors and not connecting before I got it right.. But once you do you've saved allot, I've used them with sound beats, taotronics and Anker headphones and it's great.Just follow the little step by step guide in the box 🧐😌

Followed manual to the letter, but it did not work with any of the devices I own:- was not able to make it work on PS4 (I also tried on a Mac and PC, just in case - both recognised it as a USB sound device, but nothing happened after that);- was not able to pair it with either of Sony XB-21 wireless speakers (tried different modes, tried to switching the codecs in settings of the speakers and tried it with every single other bluetooth device off to eliminate the noice);- was not able to pair it with Bose QC35 headphones;Waste of time, I would not bother.

Received this a few days ago and it worked instantly. Followed the step by step guide and as previous buyer mentioned made sure to ‘pair’ the doodle with the headphones (holding down wee button on dongle for 2 seconds whilst inserted into the PS4) and then turned on the Bluetooth headphones.This is all covered in the wee leaflet sent with it so you really shouldn’t have any issues!

So if you connect it right it does work but when you turn your ps4 back on you need to take the usb dongle out and back in again. For some reason you need to do this for it to work when its already plugged in unless you take it out after use. But overall it works and sound quality is good, just a shame its a hassle keeping it connected all the time on your ps4. But for the price cant complain.

It works ok. The bluetooth connection can be a little spotty, even though I'm sat less than 6 ft away and the microphone picks up every button press on the controller which is really annoying for your teammates when playing a game...

Does not pick up any Bluetooth audio device I tried connecting to Tao Tronics wireless headset and it would not connect at all very unhappy with the misleading sales pitch :(

Does not pair with most BT headsets, and even with the one it does pair, the mic is so close to the buttons that when you play your friends hear the buttons as if they are inside their heads. Crap product.

Personally I wouldn’t use this item if and when it arrives, not sure if the product I received was faulty or if my PS4 was on its way out but the moment I tried to use this product, the Bluetooth module broke inside the console and I had to send the PS4 off for a costly repair, I would advise just buying a proper PlayStation headset, like turtle beach (they’re amazing by the way)
