Temporary Fixing of a Crown.
I used the 2 tiny vials of cement to re attach a crown. It's fallen off 6 times under Covid-19. This seems to be the better of the two cements available on Amazon. If there was a better product I'd buy it.

Fantastic for emergencies!
Wow. Second time used this and if you follow the instructions you can do a really good temporary filling. My mums filling fell out mid lockdown. So shes cone to me to beg aid like mums do. So I act as dentist and clean and fill her tooth with this stuff thinking that wont last. Well several months later she finally sees the dentist to hear him state wow whoever did the temporary filling did an amazing job. I was chuffed to bits!. I also purchased some simple tools to help me. It needs to be very clean and dry and you need to compact it in well then you can work on making it comfortable and shaping it. It's not cheap sadly but in an emergency its worth it. I have a spare packet always on hand.

Does not work! At all!!
I always try to be positive whenever I write a review but this product has no positive qualities whatsoever. In fairness, I did not buy my Toofypegs from the current seller, chemistdirect.co.uk, but from Dental Mania, so I may possibly have bought a faulty item, but I strongly suspect that this is not the case and that it is just the product itself that is useless.Having followed the instructions to the letter, I would have expected at least a modicum of success, but the product was completely useless no matter what I tried.I am usually fairly good at finding a 'workaround' but this product defied every attempt I made and fell out every single time; the resulting consistency after warming is just not malleable or sticky enough, no matter what you try. It is not fit for purpose and, if it were not for the current 'lockdown', I would be returning it immediately. As it is, I can only pass on my experiences and advise prospective buyers to save their money and look elsewhere. This is a definite case of BUYER BEWARE.

This can help in an emergency
This product came recommended by my dentist to secure my bridgework that had become loose during lockdown.Whilst it worked great for a couple of days, the bond wasn’t spectacular and after 3-4 days the bridge had become loose again due to normal use.Considering the price, there are about 2, perhaps 3 or even 4 applications you can squeeze out of this pack. It works, but really is an emergency measure to see you by for a couple of days, not much longer. If you are looking for a product that is as good as the dentist uses, this isn’t it.If you’re looking for something to get you out of a tight spot for a short time, this is it.

Not Suitable For All Filling Repairs
During Coronavirus lockdown the fill behind my mum's upper front tooth fell out. No dental appointments available. Tricky to fill such a small hole and in a difficult position. Instructions were straight forward. Managed to get some filler in but it dropped out within 2 hrs. Perhaps if you have a lower molar to repair the kit would prove more suitable.

Saved me during the lockdown.
I was due to have a large lost filling replaced the day the dentist were told to close for the lock-down. For a long stop gap this kit worked very well. The self administered temporary filling in my case lasts 2-3 weeks before it has worn down enough to require renewing. The kit for me is good for 4 fillings which is about a 1/4 tooth void. It's a bit tricky to get the right amount suitable but you can re-soften the compound multiple times before you get it right. Either way well worth 15 minutes of tinkering to save a lot of tooth ache.
