Fitting this in place of the old, huge unit in my very small kitchen at work first of all freed up valuable storage space. It provides enough hot water for my needs, which are washing up and cleaning in the kitchen plus hand washing in the washroom next to it.It was very easy to install and set up, and while the water doesn't get hot enough to take off skin, it is certainly good for our use. Highly recommended product.

Installed for about 9 months. Use it under kitchen sink to connected to the hot feed from thermal store(which is at 45degress) to heat washing up water, works well. Can set the temperature good unit

Bought one, worked great for a couple of weeks but then stopped heating the water, managed to get it replaced with a new one(customer service was great). Second one has worked for a few months and but now has stopped heating water, showing the exact same problem as the original one.

Brilliant little device, definitely hot enough for washing up, hands, face etc. And the flow is more than acceptable, i thought it would be a trickle looking at some reviews but far from it.I give it four stars only because the power cable is so short its basically unusable, i had to get another and join them. Apart from that its brillRecommended

Great little heater so easy to install and takes up little space.Nice hot water good flow . Water temp is ideal for washing up . Love remote control makes it so much easier to adjust temp without crawling on your hands and knees.Overall a great buy .

Very easy to plumb up and heats quickly. An economical solution for small kitchens

This is my second one, I'm buying for a different property, works as it should, easy install and it has reasonable price.

Work ok heats water enough for washing dishes as long as you keep the flow rate down, much quicker than waiting for the water to come from my immersion tank
