What is the wall thickness on this tubing? Will it collapse at temp under a slight vacuum?

Is this hose very flexible, as in when you pick it up it goes limp? does it "give" such that i could insert a coupling made for 1/2" diameter tubing?

Can this tubing sustain 480 degrees constantly and not leak harmful materials into food product?

What is the O.D. of this product? The listing shows the I.D. as 5/8" Does it mean that the O.D. is 5/8"?
