When ordered through the Vine program, I was under the impression these might be good for physical trauma. Well - like any nutritious supplement, it's good for that, but this is more a good-mood supplement. I've not noticed any real change in my mood, or attitude, or outlook. But, the list of ingredients includes only good things.I'll note thate these Khroma capsules seem rather expensive. I've not actually searched, but I think Amazon offers similar products, at better prices.

My husband used this Trauma blend for three weeks. It comes packaged in an amber glass bottle that helps preserve the product and retain its potency. The product has a blend of some really great herbs including Passionflower, Oatstraw, and Skullcap, which he’s used individually in the past for sleep and anxiety with good results. Unfortunately, when taking this supplement, he didn’t really see the effects he was hoping for with the powerhouse blend of herbs listed in the ingredients.

These are a standard size capsule, with no appreciable taste or aftertaste. The expiration date is well in the future. Instructions are clear, as are the ingredients.I've had a positive experience with this product!

While I have yet to experience any personal shifts after taking this supplement, I will say this product contains the kind of ingredients I feel good about consuming. I like that healthier alternatives exist to nurture one's self rather than more synthetic means. The bottle design has an old-timey apothecary feel, which is cool.

Please do your research and speak with a professional regarding anything you ingest.Okay, with that out of the way, I have been taking this for a while. I have also been about 20-years in to my journey from recovering from a traumatic upbringing. I am in a good place, but I want to make sure that I stay there and be even better. Sometimes tools like these can help.So, in the time I have used this, the effects are subtle, but are apparent when I have taken a break consuming this. I take this at night to help calm me down and get ready for bed. I also find that the calming effect does, at most times, carry on to the next day. This is important to me, especially on the luteal phase on my menstrual cycle.I encourage everyone to do their research and talk to a professional regarding anything they ingest, but I think this can be a useful tool for me as I do find a gentle, yet useful difference during most days as I use this.This is also well packaged. I can tell a lot of care went on this product. The pills are easy to swallow and leaves no aftertaste.I do plan on repurchasing.

Not too sure about these. They are easy to swallow with no bad taste or aftertaste. However, this is the problem...the instructions say take at bedtime with food. I do not eat food at bedtime so these are not going to work for me. But I did give 3 stars because it does contain great ingredients. Not sure why you need to consume food???
