So much better than small tablets!
Great product, so much easier to carry, store, and use when compared to tablets.

Arrived in a total mess…unusable
Packs looked as though they’d been thrown around, so smashed up they were completely unusable. Salt had turned into a large amount of granules rather than the blocks the unit needed

Does what it says make water soft get a nice suds wash in hard water area and no need for salt for dishwasher what more can I say

Damage
Delivery was on-time, ordered 3 Boxes , opened the first box , 2 blocks in the one pack was damaged in the pack, yet to open the other boxes, hope not the same

It’s salt!
Salt blocks which fit in our water softener. Seems to last ok and we don’t test our water regularly to check how good the salt is doing it’s job - it’s just salt!! Prices ok which is why we bought it.

Broken salt blocks
About half of the salt blocks received were broken & in crumbs. Too heavy to think about returning. Any suggestions?
