Though I got a wrong colour delivered to me I decided to keep the mat as I found it to be lightweight and the yoga knee pad that came with it is featherlight. The knee cushion is ideal for anyone with sensitive knees or wrists. I bought this combo so that I could use the mat and give the knee cushion to my mother who suffers from arthritis but loves yoga. It’s a steal for this price.

The first thing I noticed about these knee pads is that they are adequately sized. The 10mm thickness is also perfect for my knees. Earlier I used to avoid certain asanas for fear of hurting my knees but not anymore.

This mat has good grip and is sturdy. Besides stretching and yoga, I practice my mobility drills on it. I’m happy with its performance so far.

This is the best yoga mats I have used so far. It doesn't slip, slide, fold or roll-up, and thus allows you to practice asanas with ease. It is super grippy & absorbs sweat.Design-wise the dimensions are longer and wider enough to gives you ample space to stretch and indulge in yoga postures and gym workout. I highly recommend this yoga mat to fitness enthusiasts.

I bought this mat just a few days ago. At first look it definitely seems like good value for money. My criteria was a large sized mat and a firm surface and this one meets both. If you are looking for a mat on which you can comfortably do all standing asanas, then go for it. It has good thickness so it doesn't hurt my knees or back either. Overall happy with my purchase.

The knee pads are absolutely brilliant. It's thickness is exactly what was needed to protect my arthritic knees while working out. The traction is also good so they are anti slip. The surface area is huge so I don't have to be very precise in movements, reducing chances of disbalance. Also, pretty to look at and easy to clean and store.
