These are wonderful wide mouth jars for all kinds of fermentation and food storage. The plastic lids don’t rust and are very sturdy so you don’t have to worry about replacing them.I have tried all the Le Parfait jars and this is the only one I recommend. 1 star off because Le Parfait jars do t have interchangeable lids. Every jar has a slightly different mouth size.

If you have small hands it will be hard to handle when cleaning but I like that this has a plastic top so I don’t have to fight the rust on the metal ones. It’s not for sealing air out but that’s not what I needed it for. This is being used to hold my husbands smoothie that he makes every other day. He makes enough for 2 days. Works for that.

Great canning jars, I have used them for over a year and am still happy with the quality and durability. They have been especially useful in fermenting foods!My next endeavor is growing mushroom grain spawn and i have my eyes on these jars

Finally, something to hold my spaghetti that isn’t plastic and that is sturdy, easy to clean, along with great being a great value! These jars get the job done and look beautiful. They are huge, so I must carry with both hands, unlike the tall, skinny plastic ones I used to have. Spaghetti, angel hair, and other similar type pastas just fit. Wish the jars were just a tad taller, and a little slimmer. But overall, I’m very pleased with them.

I was super excited to get this and use as a make shift water bottle. It leaked everywhere the moment I put water in even when I was just walking with it.Only good for solid items.
