Just a great pedal
The Nux plexi crunch produces a very convincing Marshall sound. In fact, it's gorgeous. Gain goes from a tight crunch to full lush drive, feeling amp-like and responsive at every stage. The Tone and Presence controls offer a lot of EQ control making this a pretty versatile pedal (within the realms of high gain!) You can't dial in a bad sound. Build quality seems good - control knobs feel good. For the cost, I don't think there's a better Marshall-in-a-box out there.

Sonido perfecto y clásico a bajo costo

Plug this directly into an IR and away you go! Nice tones.
It sounds good. I used this pedal going into a Headrush MX5, but ultimately it didn't sound miles better than a Plexi amp model, so I returned it. I got the best results going from the NUX pedal into the MX5 and straight into an IR. Going into the front of a clean amp in the MX5 sounded trashy.I also tried this pedal in the analog world going into my Peavey Bravo 112 23w tube combo amp. Meh. Not magical at all. Real amps are a sort of a PIA. Great sounds for sure. But they pale in comparison to the sounds I can make with any modern multi-FX pedal like the MX5, Helix, etc.In general, analog pedals like this will sound a tiny bit smoother than models because of aliasing. Do you know what aliasing is? If you answered no, it doesn't matter, you'll never be able to hear it. I do know what it is and I can only barely hear it. But if you want that pure analog distortion/amp sound, give up. No one besides you will ever hear it. All music is digital. This is life. Hahaha, I jest. Also, do you even lift, bro? ... or sis? Amps are heavy. Even my Peavey 12" combo amp, which I bought 20 years ago and never really used, is more than I'd like to lug around. So if you buy this, I would recommend you go into the FX return of your amp. This is a preamp pedal. Plugging into your amp preamp will maybe not sound so hot. But you do you.
