This product did not last ore than a week in a hot car. The adhesive is not sticky unless its sticking to itself . Don't waste your money on this.

Heat barrier
I have used to material to wrap around the car battery to try and protect it from the high under hood heat. It should block a lot of infrared at least.

Not a Roll
It comes folded - not as pictured in a roll. Makes it harder to manage with creases in the foam and backing. Would not have purchased if I had known. Buyer beware

El material se ve de buena calidad. Pero la forma en que viene empaquetado no se me hace la correcta. Debido a que viene doblada ocasiona que el material no de adhiera de una forma uniforme a la superficie que quieres aislar. En esta ocasión lo utilice para la parte interior del capo de mi vehículo, se ve bien, pero aun así se puede mejorar la calidad. Aun no se que tan resistente sea el pegamento que contiene. Nice stuff
Looks like good quality as of now. Sticks nice and made a difference for my application. Long term is unknown at this time.

Good product
I bought this for the inside of the cowl on my Yamaha 115 2-stroke outboard motor. Good adhesion and easy to trim to fit. Definitely cut back on the noise, especially at operating rpms.

came wrinkled and no adhessive on he edges - too thin
This product came folded contrary to the picture that shows it on a roll- as a result the material was heavily creased and wrinkled- I had to cut back all the edges at least 1/4"because the backing was peeled back and the mat had no adhesion. The material is too thin and I have my doubts that the adhesion will hold this material long term- I had to double layer the mat to get SOME noise reduction - I do not recommend this product - there are better products out there - make sure you get a THICK mat with proper backing adhesion and ON A ROLL .
