Product include variety of diffrent components. Managed very well with different foods. Chopper bowl with chopper blade great for preparing salads. Separate beaker super for making cocktails. Additional parts like whisk, ice crushing blade, speed controller is the bonus. Very good choice for affordable price. Happy in general with the product.

Needed a new one after my last one decided that life in the bin was better than my cuboard so after reading reviews bought this bad boy. Love it and is so much better than my old one.

Only down point is whisk is a bit flimsy - so not suitable for heavier mixes- but otherwise great

I bought this to replace a Breville hand blender that has been used weekly over the last 5 or 6 years (with chopper). This blender looked like a good replacement based on the reviews. However the box arrived opened. The blender on full speed was not as fast as my previous blender even though it was more powerful (perhaps more watts doesn't mean better!). The accessories were nice , but not as high quality as the Breville: the chopper does not fit without some fiddling around and plastic on the sharp end of the blender is a no no for me, it should be all stainless steel (like in the pictures), especially if you're blending hot stuff like soups, etc. By far the most annoying thing is that you have to press and hold a unlock button for 3 seconds before you can use the blender, and this action was hit and miss, I found myself doing it up to four times before the blender would turn. this is important especially when you're in a rush and just want to get on with cooking! For these reasons I have returned mine.
