This is a well-made product and it may be ideal if you have a cat that actually enjoys being carried around in a backpack. In our particular case, however, it has ended up not being a big hit with our cat.I got this for my indoor senior cat, who is 11 years old and around 8 lbs. She's always curious to see the outside world so I thought she might enjoy this. I tried to bring her out with this backpack but she was definitely not excited about going in by herself and she needed a little gentle coaxing to make it happen.The backpack is very well-designed and made from sturdy materials but it's not lightweight and with the cat inside it, the whole thing can become a little heavy. I'm also not sure if my cat actually felt comfortable inside. I like the concept of being able to bring my cat outside and walk with her since we live in a tiny apartment, but I'm not sure my cat enjoys being inside a backpack. The backpack has both side windows so she may enjoy it more on the ground than when she is being carried around.

I got this for my groomer. She has a cat rescue and is constantly going on adventures to save every cat she can. And every adventurer needs a quality backpack...catpack....sorry, I had to. Anyway, she is always sharing stories of breaking into abandoned houses hours before they are demolished to save a mama and her babies, or spending days in the woods to make sure she grabbed the whole colony....no cat left behind with this chick. I figured it can't be easy to lug around big plastic carriers, especially when you are crawling under houses or any of the other crazy stuff she is willing to do. She absolutely loved this! She was so excited and went on and on about how she was saving up for one! This is a pretty good size. Think I might get one for each of her rescue team.

Don’t compare this with this inexpensive backpack carriers. This one is top quality. I’m impressed with the thickness and durability of the screening. in my experience that is always the weakest link of fabric carriers.This also has the comfort of the human in mind. Backpack straps are padded and comfortable.I love that it has little slots in the side for administration of Churu treats or any of the squeeze up tube treats.This feels like it will last many years. It’s not cheap but the quality makes the price very reasonable.

This is the coolest product for cats that I've wanted for a long time. The problem was is that everywhere I looked, these backpacks were outrageously overpriced. I was skeptical at first when I purchased this since it was really cheap but looked really nice. However, when I received the product, I was honestly shocked.The backpack includes a nice scratching post, a place on the strap to hold your water bottle, has 3 different shade curtains that can be lifted up or kept down for your cat, is bigger than most cat backpacks I've seen, and has a buckle in the front around the straps so you can carry the cat in the backpack comfortably.The only I wish was added to the backpack would be a handle strap as well. Other than that, I love it and definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to bring their cat outside without letting them wander by themselves.

Check it out if you have a few minutes, if nothing else you’ll get a bit of a laugh!Overall the quality is impressive. I was wondering how this can be TSA compliant but you just lay the carrier on its back (where the straps are) and voila, it will fit under the seat in front of you.For the sake of context, Inky cat is about 9 or 10 pounds. I would feel comfortable fitting a cat up to 15 pounds in here. Not that the weight limit of this bag is a hair over 19 pounds.The frame seems SOLID, which is a great change from the other cat carriers I’ve been using. I feel 100% confident that the carrier is crush proof.It’s super easy to set up and break down (just zip/unzip the zippers).While it didn’t smell bad right out of the box, it had some faint odor to it - nothing bad, just like it needs to be aired out. I put it outside in the sun for a bunch of hours and by the next day it was 95% fine.I think maybe the scratch pad might have been the culprit in terms of the smell. I’m sure I’m making a bigger deal of it than it needs to be.In addition to the quality of the bag, a HUGE benefit is the padded - and I mean PADDED comfort of the straps. The people who designed this must certainly have pets and used this themselves.Five solid stars.

This animal carrier is made for safety inside a traveling vehicle and I'm loving it! It's got a sturdy frame, and lots of ventilation. It has covers you can close if your pet has anxiety. The straps are double padded and very comfortable when in use, and there's a place to strap a seat belt through the back of the carrier, protecting your fur baby. It's not a gigantic carrier, but it's perfect for my little cat. It's very trendy and stylish too. Love the earth tone colors too. Definitely recommend!

This is a really good sized carrier, my fat boy cat fits very comfortably. It’s constructed to last and hold up to some abuse. The material is thick and the stitching is strong. Besides just how great the bag is built it also looks great. Overall it’s just about the best carrier I’ve tested.

We have a little dog who has gone blind and likes to be right with us whereever we go. This is perfect for her when we need our hands free and she just wants to be right with us and hear our voices. She has a safe place now when we are out and about and can be right with me.Straps are comfortable and well padded. Seems to be comfortable for our dog. Material is sturdy and feels like it won't wear out fast. I would highly recommend. 5 STARS
