soft af, super easy to braid with, keeps the curl even after hot water (tho a lil swirl in the water helps keep it bouncy) and the colour is so prettyy!! true to length, came with a crochet hook in case ya need it ^^ 10/10 def buying again! hair took all 8 packs btw <3

The hair is super nice and pretty, it has some flyaways but those are easily cut away. It also tangles easy but with patience and experience you learn. Bouncy, soft, and odor free.

The media could not be loaded.  Color vibrant, hair was soft, delivery was fast.Only reason I returned it was because I went with a different color but the same company.My stylist loved the hair as did I, even 3 weeks after being installed I still received complements.Will order againP.s. wore a long bonnet nightly, sectioned braids in 3 sections and rolled ends in 3 lg (blue) flex rods, that's just my personal preference and mantinance routine. I liked it. After a few days it gets knotty like any synthetic hair but hey i got good pictures lol

Hair looks beautiful but, I wasn't able to use it. I began to braid the hair and it tangled so bad. I'm so disappointed in this purchase. Wish I could send it back.

This hair is beautiful, but tangles so easily! I ended up wasting so much due to this. I would recommend using it for larger braids, as opposed to small box braids like I did.

The quality was nice & it was my first time trying any style with this type of hair ! It did not disappoint i got about 6-9 packs.

I've had this hair in maybe a few months or a month, but I'm ready to cut them out entirely. They were pretty, but it tangles very quickly, and in turn, begin to form some sort of loc if you're not careful taking care of them often (every night). As per the title, when those curls fall out, there is seemingly nothing to be done about restoring them. I've tried scrunching, gel and Flexi rods, and a curling iron. Nothing seems to work, which is super disappointing.
