Very easy and remarkably efficient.

Perfect for starting seeds in our sun room! I had them placed on a metal storage rack with heavy plastic on top. No problems at all, just unplug on those warm days when you don’t need the extra heat.

Not all heat mats are the same even if the image looks the same. I bought the RIOGOO and am really pleased. I've used it for about a month and am very happy w/purchase. I used the mats to start tomato seedlings and they had germinated in 4 days! I didn't find a need to get a "control temperature" addition as I found the RIOGOO mats to kind of set the right temperature in my below ground basement. The RIOGOO heat mat is smooth and lied flat, heating evenly. I had bought another set on "Deal" , different brand, that was a couple dollar cheaper and it was not smooth nor did it lie flat. my photo shows the two different brand mats and you can see from the back the non-smooth one. Both got the job done, providing heat but if you are starting with seed starter trays which are lightweight, you may want to be sure the mat is smooth and flat , for better contact & heat distribution. I would definitely choose the RIOGOO again.

These mats aren't the best, but for the inexpensive cost they work for me. They assisted my plants in germinating, but I'm not a fan of no temperature control. I knew what I was purchasing when I purchased, so I know they weren't marketed to have a temp control. Just be sure you review details before you receive or you will be let down.

Bought these to help seedlings germinate for a greenhouse. They didn't get too hot and the seeds that were on these terminated 2x faster than the ones without a mat. Only con is no temperature control if you wanted to decrease the warmth from the normal, constant temp.

This is my second year starting seeds for my garden. Last year I didn’t have these mats and goodness I wish I purchased them sooner! My seeds germinated sooo quickly!

Set up a seedling station in our workshop which consists of two of the mats with seedling planters sitting under a pair of grow lights. The seedlings sprouted within days and are thriving. Would definitely purchase again.

These heaters are great for starting seedlings. I would like them more if they were adjustable, but for the money these are great.

Ordered these mats to start my seedlings this year and they have worked very well. I can't speak for the heat settings or consistency since I did not order with thermostat. But I can say that I feel the heat and my seedlings are thriving!! What I like about these mats is the quality of materials and construction. They have some weight to them and laid out flat right away, easily washes up as well. (I just returned two others I ordered because I could not get them to lay flat, they were very rigid and could see the heating elements through the vinyl, edges were wavy and quality was not there) I will be ordering more of this brand.

It was a good price for two heating pads for plants, however, my only concern is that it’s not warm enough, it does feel warm, but not as warm as I thought it would be. It could also be nice if there was an on off switch and even a thermostat.

I have 4 of these now and they work fine. The price is great :) There's no heat control to adjust the temperature but it works fine for my purposes.

These heat mats worked so well for germination of my seeds for both my vegetables and flowers. Very pleased with the quality.
