We initially loved this product due to the size, how much you could fit in it and how small it packed away and how easy it was. We only used once before sending back, one side of one of the handles came off which was one of the corner handles you use to fix to the roof rails which was annoying. It then rained during our drive to camping and everything was soaking wet when we arrived. It was raining pretty hard tbh but unfortunately that is a regular occurrence in the UK. Unless you can guarantee it’s not going to rain when needing to use the bag this is not for you. When we removed everything when we got to camping there was literally a pond in the bottom of the bag. It was a nightmare.Amazon were brilliant, we were refunded within a few hours of sending back.
