Outside broke after a month of normal use
I liked this product before it broke after less than a month of regular use. The return policy should be for longer than a month.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR...maybe more!!
I purchased this ball because I began boxing training and I want to make a stronger/tighter fist. A lot of the reviews on this squeeze ball are relative to it falling apart. How long do people expect something like this to last with continuous wear and tear? Look at how much you pay for this thing, so don't expect to get more than you pay for. If you squeeze anything continuously for a few weeks, a month, or longer, it will show signs of wear. Shame on you, if you do not purchase another one when you see it begin to break. These things are under $10, and you cannot expect it to last forever...or even for six months. That said, the ball is great in my opinion. It is somehow firm, but still soft. It has a comfortable rubber surface, and the shape and size feel comfortable in your hands. I gave it to someone at work, and he had difficulty putting it down. I highly recommend it. Unlike some people on here who expect this thing to last forever, I bought two of them at once, as I realize eventually the first one will break. Plan ahead, but if you are looking for a stress/exercise ball, this is the one to get.

Not for the faint of grip... p 2
I started out with an Isoflex stress ball / hand exerciser. It was pretty good, I really enjoyed the sand filling and I would still recommend them, but after a little while it was just too easy to squeeze. The Gripp 2 has been fantastic. I found it randomly in an Olympia sporting goods store, and after a couple squeezes, knew it was a perfect fit for me.I understand that these things break, so I bought 4 of them. None of them have broken yet, but when they do, I won't complain or moan about it, I'll just grab another one and admire my incredibly strong, ice crushingly powerful, hands.

Staving off arthritis and carpal tunnel.
Despite what many reviews may have written, I really enjoyed this ball. I work at the computer for hours a day, and the stories of pain from arthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome got me thinking. So, I picked up this Gripp ball (I'm not a very "sportsy" guy, mind you), and after a monotonous hour or two programming, this ball really helped relieve tension, and a lot of the general discomfort of constant keyboard use. Granted, if you don't do anything foolish with it, like freeze it, burn it, or throw it on the ground, mine has lasted quite a while, sitting on my desk right beside me and my cramping hands.

Works well for quite some time
I put it to good use. Hardened over time and the first layer disintegrated. Expect to buy a new one next year.
