The ball arrived quickly and safe. The big problem while trying to inflate was the foot pump. Complete rubbish! Is a good thing we had a hand pump from a different brand of this kind of balls and we used that one, as you can see in the pics-my husband inflating it. Took a while to inflate as is a big ball(75) but the ball it’s self it’s sturdy, holds my very pregnant self very well. But that pump needs an upgrade asap.

Easy to inflate with the pump provided, gym quality, sturdy. Bought for a birth ball and I’m not disappointed, fab for the price.

Since I started using this ball, I have since improvement with my pain. I especially got for balance but it can do more!! Very good value!!

Arrived with dirty scratches like stretch marks all over it. Colour is not what was pictured in the ad. Most importantly though, it's not round, it's slightly oval. Meaning that you have to fight it wanting to tip over to one side, which is terrible for back pain sufferers. Returned in hopes of finding a better one.

I ordered this Swiss ball on the advice of my physiotherapist as I am still recovering from spinal surgery. it's an excellent piece of equipment from a very good company and I've ordered balance cushions from body mate as well. This was very simple to inflate but you must leave it at room temperature for 3 hours prior to inflating. When you first inflate it you must do it to approximately 80% of its total capacity and then leave it for 24-hours and then finally inflate to it's full capacity. Also by email I received an exercise booklet with approximately 44 different exercises that you can do using this ball. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this and I also love the fact that they come in a range of colours, I ordered the silver.

Seems like a decently robust exercise ball. When you're inflating it, it feels like there's no way it'll get to the correct size. We were convinced we'd been sent the wrong size option, but persevered with inflating (despite fears of over-inflating!) and it did end up large enough. The inflated ball is supportive and feels strong. The only quibble is to pump which is incredibly feeble and flimsy. It survived this first inflating, but by the end was starting to buckle and deform; I think we'll need a new pump before inflating it again.

Used the ball a few times now and it feels really good quality, no different to the one we use at the gym. It got a really tacky surface and grips well so giving you the confidence to push that bit harder. More than happy with the product.. only gripe is the pump, it's not very good so be prepared to have some patience!
