This is our 3rd (different size) "Bulbhead" Copper Pan. Works great
These Copper pans are great. We now own 4 total (2 round sizes and 2 square sizes). They are the only ones actually made with real Copper in the coating!!!! The other vendors/brands sell Copper colored ceramic so beware. We still use a very small amount of butter but the Key is to cook at a lower temperature than you may be used to. Once you dial your temperature in (a bit of trial & error) they don't stick and are easy to clean. Make sure to "season" them per the instructions before 1st use also. And they have held up with our oldest now being 1 year old.

These really stand up to claims made on tv ad.
I use them almost daily. Good for oven roaring and so easy to clean after use.

Uneven heating surface!
I purchased these two pans because I needed more cooking surface to make pancakes. Unfortunately, the squared extra cooking surface of these pans do not heat evenly with the rest so that I can only make a pancake in the center of the pan. Any batter that goes into the corners does not cook. So the part in the center of the pan must be cut away from that which is in the corners and has not yet cooked, in order to cook it on the other side. What was purchased to make more pancakes at one time can only make one pancake that must be cooked in the very center of the pan then the batter that was in the corners of the pan must be moved to the center in order to cook. Any attempts to do more only result in a total mess. Be aware of this flaw, other than that, both pans are impressive to look at but the red finish seems to be easily scratched. The larger pan is awkward to wash and not worth all of the space it takes up. I used an induction cooktop, it may heat better on a stovetop.

Got these for my teens
I like to cook in stainless steal but my teens don't know how to cook or clean them so I got these for them. I like them they are very easy to keep clean the kids seem to be able to cook with them with no problems and clean up after themselves without me having to re-wash the pans. So far very happy. only thing about them is the paint on the underside is starting to scratch off (no big deal don't think it affects how the pan cooks just make it look worn which sucks a little because I hang my pans) but all and all good pans

Incerdibly disappointed in the company and product
For several years now, I have used red copper pans from Bulbhead. The pans are easy to use and easy to clean as long as they are reconditioned frequently. I have no problem with that because I fry eggs for my family every single day with zero butter or oils in these pans. This is the single reason I continue to purchase the product. Expect yours to last about 6 months, with frequent reseasoning, at optimum performance. Then expect the product to become more difficult to clean because things will begin to stick to the surface more and more. Some claims made about the pans are absolutely untrue.1. "Using metal on the surface will not jeopardize its performance whatsoever." If you want your red copper pan to last for years (or 6 months, as in my case) you may NOT use metal on the cooking surface. I have never used metal, including the inserts that come with the pans, and still the surfaces break down. No metal forks or spoons, no metal mixing pieces, no metal inserts, no metal at all.2. "Lifetime guarantee #1." There is no lifetime guarantee. You may have the pan replaced exactly one time without paying for a new pan. When my first pan needed to be replaced the second time, I was told i would have to pay a $20-ish fee for something. The pan only costs $20-ish. So I purchased this set of red copper pans from Amazon which was 2 pans for $35. Remember, even though I was unhappy with the guarantee and the customer service, the pan still provided me many egg breakfasts with zero butter or oil added. The cost was ok.3. "Lifetime guarantee #2." The company is not honoring its lifetime guarantee at all now. This is where I finally lost my patience. The first of the two pans I purchased in October of 2019 broke down and was becoming unusable in January/February 2020. Upon contacting the customer service group to request my replacement, I was asked to again pay the $20-ish fee, because they didn't believe I had purchased more pans. After much ado, I finally proved to them that I had repurchased pans off of Amazon, they approved the exchange. Another thing to remember, the customer is responsible for shipping BOTH WAYS on the return. In March/April 2020, I mailed the package with the pan and a check for $9.99 and waited.I received a check back in May 2020 with a letter stating they no longer had the product and could not help me. So my husband deposited the check which was then RETURNED by their bank, costing me another $25 for the returned check fee. The return reason on the check was "closed account."Interestingly enough, there is still product being sold online and on Amazon. On May 27, 2020, at 1712 eastern, I sent an email to the customer service team asking for reimbursement for the check fee and a replacement pot. I have never received a response. So, I will no longer purchase these products. It is quite disappointing to witness a company behaving in such poor professionalism and integrity.I cannot recommend this product.
