I would give it 5 stars, except for the chair. It's a bit uncomfortable/small. Otherwise it's a great Sauna, very easy to assemble.

I was looking for a home sauna that didn’t take up space and allowed me to detox and relax. The heat does not suffocate you and the sweat factor is perfect! I didn’t rate a 5 only because I am 5’8” and cannot stand up in it to stretch. Also the instructions were not very clear. Thankfully I am handy and figured out how to install. I added a shower steamer to it for a delightful spa aroma experience. I live in this thing daily

It only gets as hot as 107 degrees but easy to use

I received last night. At first, upon opening the box and lookingat the instructions, I thought I would have trouble.The instructions are not numbered "step by step" . But, they have 2 pictures to use as a guide which turned out to be quite sufficient.I set it for a quick 15 minute trial run and I was sweating profusely within 3.Clean up was a breeze, I just waited for it to cool and wiped down with a Clorox wipe then placed a fan in front with the flap of the sauna open.I definitely recommend

It doesn't get any more basic than this. It's a zip up tent with a small electric boiler that you hook up to a tube in the tent. The chair isn't very good or comfortable but I didn't buy this for the chair. I'm using a small outdoor ottoman from a patio furniture set which is good enough. Just for safety reasons I took the boiler apart to inspect it and see how it was built. There is a thermal overload if this device ever does get too hot or runs out of water. That will be the failing point if your water boiler ever stops working. Not a big deal though as these things are replaceable if you're out of warranty.I'm using mine indoors I can usually get it up to about 100 to 103° which is plenty hot for me. My primary purpose for this unit was to increase my internal temperature only slightly while getting a good sweat going at 20 minute intervals on different days. I've used it about 10 times and it still seems to heat up just as quickly as it did as day one. Usually within 15-20 minutes I'm ready to get in. Even faster if you preheat your water in the microwave and add it to the boiler.

The media could not be loaded.  If you like to get a good sweat going... this is it!! This is the third one I've tried and it's a winner. For me, it's the heat. It's heats up and holds the heat. It's small, but they have a larger size if that's important to you. It comes with a chair, remote control and a mat to put on the floor base of the sauna. It was the most easy to assemble, but it wasn't difficult. I would recommend assembling the base first, place it in the sauna tent, and then build up from there. I turned on the unit, put on NY workout clothes and it was hot when I came back. I let quite a bit of steam out getting in, but it heats back up fairly quickly! I'm not really one to leave reviews, but this deserves one! (The video was recorded for a friend, not for a review, so please excuse the lack of professionalism! I wanted to detox from a night of good drinks and not healthy food!)30 minutes later, I was full of sweat and super relaxed! There's also a little window if you need a breather but don't want to get out!
