Arrived quickly, easy to assemble, great addition to our home gym.

OK bench for the price. The drop feature requires unscrewing a bolt from the front. A quick release would have been a better design. Otherwise its decent.

Super sturdy, works great. I use this every morning to work out.

Bought this for my wife to do her "total body toning" workout. It was just what I was looking for: a flat bench w/ sit-up bars at the end. I didn't want any additional bells and whistles. She works out w/ those little bitty candy-colored dumbbells also sold here. I got the set with 2-5-8-10-12 pound dumbbell pairs. I don't think that the 10 & 12 pounders are going to be used anytime soon, if ever. She's happy with the setup.

This is a great bench that we got assembled and started using within 15 minutes of unboxing. It's already mostly assembled out of the box, and feels really sturdy in any inclined position. I'm about 195lbs and use it mostly for core exercises and various resistance workouts using dumbbells or body weight. I feel no hesitation using this but granted the most weight i've moved on this bench was about 110lbs split between two dumbbells for a db press. Worked great for that. No rattles or creaks. The seat is comfortable and the whole unit is foldable to save space. Really great value for the price. highly recommended.

Poor welds and nor sturdy or comfortable.

This workout bench arrived without all of the screws needed to attach the base to the pad. If you want to get a workout bench that you can actually assemble and use - look elsewhere.
