Frustrating to put together.
The media could not be loaded. Watch the video where I explain visually why the 3 stars. Very hard to make it close, a lot of juggling and shifting and moving. Also, I had to use a bit longer screws to attach the handles on the Full size unit. The MDF gave in and the boards were "floating", not aligned and made the whole assembly process even harder. Brand new product that just got launched (May 2023 according to Amazon) so it needs improvement. Nice piece though and it fits its purpose as guest beds in an area in our house that is used as my wife's art studio. We got two - A full and a twin - and they are very comfortable. My teen children slept on them 5 nights with no complaints. Again, watch the video for a graphic explanation of it all.
