Delicate subject handled with care.
When I saw the description of this product as a "trainer" I kept looking at the photo and asking what this could possibly be. I must not have enough imagination. But then when I saw personal lubricant being offered further down the page, the light bulb went on.Evidently this is being positioned for women. I don't possess the unique body part the seller describes in the literature. BUT this product can be relevant for people of all genders because we all have another orifice which some people might find worth exploring as a new horizon. The product offers five sizes. Always use lubricant. If you're new and nervous, start with the smallest implement; most people can easily accept this one without muscular clamping and discomfort. I guess this is where the term "trainer" comes in. As you learn to relax, you can graduate from one size to the next larger one.Speaking of graduating upward, I'm going to use the word "dildo" here. Because if you've been curious enough to consider this product, you should be aware that you don't merely have to use these as training wheels, so to speak. You can also continue to use your favorite size(s) for future pleasure. (Either on your own or with an open-minded partner.)I wish I had these around when I started exploring this area myself. I have tested them out and I approve. The silicone forms are solid yet somewhat yielding. They are smooth everywhere so there are no edges to cause an unpleasant surprise. They rinse off easily under running water-- assuming you've been using water-based lubricant-- which you should be doing.Have fun exploring.

Uhh...they're kind of fun, too.
Putting aside the medicinal benefits to these, we're using them for fun. These are surprisingly fun to use and the different sizes allow use by those just starting out with toys. We like the ring on the end to keep them from getting "lost". Use with lots of water based lube for best results.

Amazingly therapeutic
This set includes five individual silicone trainers of graduated length and circumference. The silicone feels soft, but structured, with a firm core, and is completely odorless, so it doesn’t need to be aired out before initial use. The packaging is discreet, but oddly humorous.Their shape is slightly curved, narrowly tapering from top to bottom. They’re easy to hold and comfortable to use. I was able to easily pinpoint my target area and the trainers were amazingly therapeutic. A silicone safe lubricant is highly recommended.Whether you’re using them for pelvic floor muscle training or self care, they’re very effective and beneficial. They’re not as wide as some professional grade pelvic trainer sets, but they’re much cheaper, highly effective, and a worthwhile tool for therapy and self care. I use them weekly in conjunction with exercises prescribed by my therapist and I’m very pleased with the results! At under $32, this set is an excellent value and a good alternative to the higher priced sets. Highly recommended!

only option for the price
Was really wanting the intimate rose ones but they are way out of my price range. These were the only option because of their affordability and they do their purpose. They are really easy to put in.. but the curve makes them painful to try to move or take out

Complete Set
Complete set of silicone trainers (stretchers, expanders) in 5 graduated sizes, presented nestled in an attractive holiday gift box. Thankfully my set was odorless. The silicone is firm yet does have a give to it, so it's not too stiff or too flexible. The tips are narrow for ease of insertion. The graduated sizes are perfect for gradually sizing up to stretch your canal. The silicone itself is a soft material that isn't hard and glossy, maintaining a slick surface. The choice of colors are lovely, a soft mint. There is a slight curve that helps or hinders insertion, depending on the angle you use, so it takes some experimentation to find the right angle. The ring at the base hooks easily on a finger, which is good for safety reasons. It is absolutely necessary to use water-based lubricant both for ease of insertion, as well as the fact that oil-based products could interfere with the integrity of the silicone. Use mild dish detergent to wash, thoroughly rinse, and then dry. Don't use harsh soaps or disinfectants, as that corrodes the silicone and isn't good for your body's PH.These are for stretching your canal but work well for bedroom play as well, both front and back play.

Good for medical or recreational purposes
The silicone dilators are softer than I expected but not wimpy. They are incredibly easy to clean and store. If you are using these for medical purposes, they are very comfortable for addressing anatomical changes within the pelvis. Whether recovering from a hysterectomy, prolapse repair, gender reassignment surgery, etc. Other medical uses: conditions that cause painful or restrictive penetration, vaginismus, or in response to medical treatments like radiation or surgically induced menopause. The set of varying sizes is convenient. If you’re using these at the back of the house purely for recreational purposes, a bit of caution: these do NOT have a flared base. Yes, I know that there’s that handy little finger loop at the end but it is VERY soft and stretchy compared to the unit as a whole. At any sign of the loop degrading or tearing, you should discontinue use. Remember, medical professionals will recommend using ONLY products with a flared base when playing in the backyard.

These work great for dilation!
If you are wanting/need vaginal dilators these work perfectly. The quality of the silicone is not the same as a $200 set, but they do work at a fraction of the cost.

Seems great
Gynecologist told me to order to stretch some scar tissue. These seem great, the largest one isn't quite as large as I needed though.
