DPC Injection Wall Plugs for use After injecting DPC Cream Qty:100 (Terracotta)

These are supplied by Seahaven Ltd in East Sussex. They are a hard plastic plug designed to stop up the hole after you have injected a chemical DPC. Tapered so they should fit into either 10 or 12mm holes. Hard enough to be tapped in with a light hammer if needed. They are not essential, but provide a nice tidy finish when you're done. They keep the DPC goop away from the plaster/mortar if you want to want to fill/cover the hole afterwards, or you can leave the plugs visible which is tidier than a row of holes and keeps the bugs, dirt etc out. I ordered them at noon and they arrived at 10:30am the next day on a standard delivery, which was very impressive. Supplied in bags of 100 so should be enough for 10 linear metres per bag.

I followed the instructions to the letter but would suggest trying out a smaller diameter hole as the brickwork in my application was soft and produced oversize holes which in a lot of cases left the 'plug' loose. Overall the product is good and allows a fast means of finishing the job.No need to try to re point to fill the holes!

Really necessary as the cream is very runny and would drain out of the hole without them

They work ok after DPC installed

Fits 12 mm holes in mortar well. Not to tight so they can be pulled out with finger nails. None have fallen out when scrubbing over the wall with a brush. Good.

Arrived as described and a quick service. Needed them to replace plugs pickled out by kids. The colour is a bit lighter than the picture but good product
